    Post Chaca chaca catfish

Hey was wondering if anyone knew some unique tankmates for a chaca chaca catfish? these can include stuff like hatchet fish danios etc that can be eaten but aren't likely to, cheaper fish.

Not a big tank, typically any suitable fishes for 20G will be eaten one day.

Just a suggestion, why not set up a species tank with low water level with some nice rocks and tiny branches etc.. btw, how can you tell if your cat is C. chaca and not C. bankanensis?

The fish picture I put wasn't of my actual fish but mine was sold as c. Chaca but in my opinion looks more like bankanensis based on its uniform color the defined ridges on the lateral line and the tail shape. What size aquarium would you suggest for a species tank?

Depending on the size of the cat. 3 ft tank will be ok.

The husbandry for C. chaca vs C. bankanensis is very diff.
